The production process is fully automated and starts in the seconds after placing your order. This means that almost all orders will leave our UK factories next working day.

If your country isn't showing in the list, sadly, we cannot ship to this location.
In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.
The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.
We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.
My order hasn't arrived
Whilst it's very unusual, orders can get delayed in the post. In the rare event that a courier has delayed your order, the product will almost certainly still arrive.
From the point an order is marked as Shipped, you should wait: UK - 21 days, EU - 28 days, International - 35 days.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Why is everything sold out?
If everything is listed as 'sold out' that means we unfortunately don't ship to your location. Our shipping is limited by our supplier but we are always exploring ways to make our products available to everyone.
What supplier do you use?
We use Teemill, a sustainable, print-on-demand supplier. You can learn more on our About page.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not necessarily. In some rare cases when we do not have all of the stock for an order in any one factory, we will split the order across multiple locations.
Will it be obvious what I've bought? I want to keep it a surprise.
All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. They are rip-proof, splash-proof mailers made from paper. Large orders come in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.
It shouldn’t be obvious to the recipient what you’ve purchased, unless they’re already familiar with our packaging’s unique ocean themed doodle pattern.
Why was my order rejected due to the delivery address?
We aim to include the specific reason in the order rejection notification where possible, but address-related rejections are usually due to a few common issues. If an order has been rejected for address reasons, we recommend double-checking the following:
- Street address too long – Some couriers have character limits and may reject addresses that are too lengthy.
- Incorrect postal or ZIP code – A mismatch between the code and the town/city can cause delivery issues.
- Misspelled town or city name – This can also lead to validation errors or delivery failures.
