Shipping policy

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Non-clothing items (including scarves and badges) are shipped from a different location to clothing items. Shipping for non-clothing items is calculated based on the order weight and shipping destination.

Our pricing is based on Royal Mail's rates to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If you place a combined order of clothing and non-clothing, the shipping rates will be added together and you will receive your order in two separate parcels.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees that may apply.

Our supplier aims to print and ship orders within 48–72 hours of when you place them. The factory team is in action Monday to Friday, so if you order over a weekend, it might take a little longer.

Once your order is ready, delivery times depend on where it’s going and the shipping option you selected at checkout. Just a note, these delivery times are estimates, and things like public holidays or unexpected courier delays might cause the occasional hiccup. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by couriers.

If an item of clothing is damaged in the post, send a photo to contact@scoutershop.com with an order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then recycle it, and send a replacement free of charge.
